All order received by 12.00pm are dispatched the same day. Should your package be damaged upon delivery please mark as damaged or refuse delivery.

Hot tub and swim spa deliveries are subject to a site report supported with images, difficult deliveries may require a site survey which is free of charge within a 100 mile radius of our showroom postcode SP4 7YR.
